Ingredients
2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup hot water or herbal tea
2-3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (or honey to taste)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, bring water or herbal tea to a simmer.
2. Sprinkle gelatin powder over hot liquid and whisk until dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice or honey, stir well.
4. Pour into glass dish or mold, chill for 2-3 hours until set.
5. Cut cubes and serve chilled.
