- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- In a skillet, sauté sliced apples with cinnamon and lemon juice over medium heat until slightly softened. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer in the pan.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped toasted pecans to the crumble or raisins to the apple mixture.
