Description

Flavorful jalapeño poppers wrapped in crispy bacon, filled with a creamy cheese mixture, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For more flavor, use hickory-cured bacon. You can also customize the heat level by adjusting the amount of jalapeño seeds.
