Description

A comforting and impressive dish that combines rich flavors and family memories, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Make a small cut down the top of each shell and slide your fingers to open it. Lay the meat neatly on the shell for even baking.
  3. Mix the melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and the meat is opaque. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, reduce the butter slightly and serve with a lemon-herb salsa on the side. To reheat, warm in a low oven around 275°F until heated through, brushing with melted butter before warming.
