Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the sweet potato wedges in the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
