- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups pasta (any type)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until bright green.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken broth to the pan. Stir well and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Top with Parmesan cheese if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding garlic or onion while sautéing the chicken, or try red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
