Description
Simple canaan-honey-drink with warm water, honey, lemon, ginger, and turmeric for a gentle daily boost.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
1–2 tsp Canaan or raw honey
1 tsp lemon juice
2–3 thin ginger slices
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
Optional: pinch dried lemon balm
Instructions
1. Warm water until comfortable to sip, not boiling.
2. Add ginger and turmeric; steep about 5 minutes.
3. (Optional) Add lemon balm, then strain solids if desired.
4. Let cool slightly, then stir in honey until dissolved.
5. Add lemon juice, taste, and adjust.
6. Drink once a day as a light wellness tonic.
Notes
Meant to be sipped, not used as eye drops.
Use good quality raw honey for best flavor.
Adjust ginger or turmeric to your taste.
