- 1 cup chopped fresh or dried cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Let them cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
