- 2 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cucumbers, bacon, and cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Gently mix until everything is well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
If using watery cucumbers, salt them briefly and drain to keep the dressing thick.
