- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 cup cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken drumsticks and brown on all sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in paprika, then add the cream and chicken broth, mixing until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add rice.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use full-fat cream. You can also add a splash of lemon juice for a tangy lift.
