Description

A comforting recipe for jalapeno poppers filled with creamy cheddar and crisp bacon, perfect for gatherings and family moments.


Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 strips Crispy bacon
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each filled jalapeno with crispy bacon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
