½ cup cold liquid (water, green tea, or sparkling water)
1½ cups hot liquid (matching cold liquid)
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice, pinch salt
Instructions
1. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over ½ cup cold liquid; bloom undisturbed 3-5 minutes.
2. Slowly whisk in 1½ cups hot (180°F) matching liquid 60 seconds until crystal clear.
3. Pour into 8×8 dish; refrigerate 4+ hours until firm.
4. Cut into 1-inch cubes (8-12 pieces).
