2. Pour 1/2 cup warm water into your favorite mug.
3. Slowly sprinkle 1 tablespoon grass-fed gelatin powder across the surface of the warm water while stirring continuously.
4. Continue stirring for 30-45 seconds until the mixture becomes completely clear with no lumps.

7. Drink slowly 30 minutes before your main meal for optimal appetite control.
Notes
Quality Matters: Choose grass-fed, pasture-raised gelatin for higher glycine and proline content.
Temperature Control: Water that’s too hot will destroy beneficial amino acids. Water that’s too cold won’t dissolve the gelatin properly.
Timing: For best results, consume 30 minutes before meals. Can also be taken before bedtime to support sleep quality.
Not a Meal Replacement: This is an appetite-moderating tool, not a substitute for nutritious meals.
Storage: Best consumed fresh. If needed, refrigerate for up to 4 hours, but texture may thicken.
