A quick and healthy dish combining whole wheat pasta, chicken, and a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Greek yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use room-temperature Greek yogurt to avoid curdling when adding to hot pan. Cook on low heat and stir gently until smooth.
