- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, softened cream cheese, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and the dough is smooth.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add sprinkles on top of each cookie before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
