Description

A natural 4-ingredient diuretic drink to reduce bloating and water weight in 7 days. The Jillian Michaels detox water recipe combines distilled water, pure cranberry juice, organic dandelion root tea, and lemon juice simple, clean, and effective.

Ingredients

60 oz distilled water (spring water works too if preferred)

1 Tbsp pure cranberry juice — 100% only, NOT juice cocktail

1 organic dandelion root tea bag

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (or 100% real bottled lemon juice)

Instructions

1. Brew the dandelion root tea bag according to the package directions.

2. Let the brewed tea cool completely to room temperature — do not skip this step.

3. In a large pitcher or water bottle, combine the distilled water, cranberry juice, and lemon juice.

4. Add the cooled dandelion root tea to the mixture and stir gently until fully combined.

5. Drink the entire 60 oz throughout the day alongside your normal, healthy meals.

6. Repeat daily for up to 7 consecutive days. Wait 12–16 weeks before your next cycle.

Notes

Always use 100% pure cranberry juice  juice cocktail contains mostly sugar and will not give the same diuretic effect.

This drink is meant to accompany regular meals, not replace them. Do not fast or restrict food during the 7 days.

The taste is noticeably bitter from the dandelion root tea  that’s completely normal and expected.

For daily hydration outside of detox cycles, use spring water or alkaline water, not distilled.

If you have existing kidney issues or take diuretic medications, consult your doctor before starting.

Pair with low-sodium clean meals for best de-bloating results.

Can be stored in the fridge and consumed cold the taste actually improves slightly chilled.
