Instructions

2. Cool to room temperature, add starter kombucha and SCOBY to glass jar.

3. Cover with cloth, ferment 7-10 days at 68-85°F, tasting daily.

4. Bottle, add flavors like ginger, ferment 2 days more.

5. Refrigerate and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Start with store-bought plain kombucha as starter if new.

Use glass jars only, avoid metal.

Burp bottles daily to release pressure.
