- 2 cups creamy chocolate (white or dark)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (for topping)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the creamy chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the peppermint extract and half of the crushed Oreos into the melted chocolate, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
- Once set, break into pieces and enjoy or package for gifts.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container, layered between parchment paper. The bark can last for a couple of weeks.
