Description

A simple yet delightful treat combining chocolate and mint flavors, perfect for sharing with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups crushed Oreos
  • 2 cups creamy chocolate (white or dark)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the creamy chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract and half of the crushed Oreos into the melted chocolate, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
  7. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy or package for gifts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container, layered between parchment paper. The bark can last for a couple of weeks.
