Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese and beef broth until combined. Stir in the cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve hot.

Notes
