Description

Simple 3-ingredient morning wellness drink with pink Himalayan salt, lemon, and water. This salt lemon water recipe supports hydration, digestion, energy levels, and immune function naturally.

Ingredients

8 ounces (1 cup) filtered water – lukewarm or room temperature

½ fresh lemon – juice only

⅛–¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt – start small and adjust

Instructions

1. Heat or pour 8 ounces of filtered water into a glass. Lukewarm works best for absorption, but room temperature is fine.

2. Squeeze juice from half a fresh lemon directly into the water.

3. Add ⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt and stir until completely dissolved.

4. Taste and adjust. If it’s too salty, add more water. If you can barely taste the salt, add a pinch more.

5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

Use pink Himalayan salt or high-quality sea salt for best mineral content.

Start with ⅛ teaspoon salt and increase to ¼ teaspoon if needed.

Drink once daily, preferably in the morning before eating.

Monitor overall sodium intake throughout the day.

Consult your doctor if you have high blood pressure or kidney disease.

Use a straw to protect tooth enamel from lemon acidity.

Pair with other wellness drinks like our natural Ozempic drink recipe or bariatric seed tea for balanced nutrition.
