Description
A quick and easy Sausage and Cabbage Stir Fry that mixes savory sausage with tender cabbage for a warm, filling dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage (your choice)
- 4 cups of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced bell peppers, carrots, or any other vegetables you like
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Break large pieces as it cooks.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and any additional vegetables.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 5–10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a quick side, you can also cook air fryer sweet potato cubes while the stir fry cooks.
