Description

A quick and easy Sausage and Cabbage Stir Fry that mixes savory sausage with tender cabbage for a warm, filling dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of sausage (your choice)
  • 4 cups of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers, carrots, or any other vegetables you like


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Break large pieces as it cooks.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and any additional vegetables.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 5–10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For a quick side, you can also cook air fryer sweet potato cubes while the stir fry cooks.
