Description

Deliciously sweet and creamy snowballs made with sweetened condensed milk, perfect for gatherings and family traditions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. If using, fold in shredded coconut.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
