- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, mixing until a dough forms.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- If using, fold in shredded coconut.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
