2 large egg yolks

1 teaspoon rum extract

1/4 cup eggnog

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Powdered sugar for frosting


Instructions
