- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- Chocolate for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until well combined.
- Using a cookie press or piping bag with a star tip, pipe the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- If desired, melt chocolate and dip the cooled cookies in it. Let the chocolate set before serving.
