Description

Viral-TikTok-cinnamon-rolls-heavy-cream made with canned rolls baked in a bath of heavy cream for extra-soft, gooey centers and custardy sauce.

Ingredients

1–2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

1/2–1 cup heavy cream

1–2 tbsp melted butter (for greasing pan)

1–2 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for cream)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Extra cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with melted butter.

2. Arrange refrigerated cinnamon rolls in the dish with a little space between each.

3. In a measuring cup, combine heavy cream with brown sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon if using.

4. Pour the cream mixture around the rolls until it comes about halfway up their sides, avoiding the very tops.

5. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until rolls are puffed, golden, and the cream has thickened into a sauce.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool 5–10 minutes so the sauce settles.

7. Stir icing packets until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls so it melts into the spirals.

8. Serve the viral-TikTok-cinnamon-rolls-heavy-cream warm, scooping up some of the creamy sauce with each roll.

Notes

Use “grand” or jumbo-style refrigerated rolls for thicker, bakery-style spirals.

If the centers still look doughy, cover the pan loosely with foil and bake a few more minutes.

Too much cream can make the pan soupy—start with 1/2 cup for one can and adjust next time.

Pair with simple sweets like chewy honey sesame cookies or vegan oatmeal cookies for a full brunch spread.
