Ingredients
1 large clove fresh garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 drop therapeutic-grade eucalyptus oil
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
Instructions
1. Crush garlic and let rest for 10 minutes to activate allicin.
2. Grate fresh ginger and add to a large mug.
3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and add to mug with honey.
4. Sprinkle cayenne pepper into mixture.
5. Pour hot (not boiling) water over ingredients and stir well.
6. Add exactly ONE drop of eucalyptus oil and stir gently.
7. Sip warm, three times daily for up to three days.
