Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions
1. Set a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat and warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant, without browning.
2. Add the dry ditalini pasta to the pan and stir to coat it in the garlic oil. Pour in the broth, then add the salt and black pepper.
3. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often, until the pasta is tender and the liquid has reduced.
