Quick and tasty honey garlic shrimp served over rice with mixed vegetables and a sticky sauce.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring until coated.
- Serve shrimp over cooked rice or quinoa, topped with mixed vegetables.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy your delicious bowls!
Notes
For a thicker glaze, cook the sauce longer before adding shrimp. Use fresh shrimp for best results.
