8–10 fresh okra pods
4 cups filtered water
Optional: lemon slices
Optional: ginger slices
Instructions
1. Rinse okra pods well.
2. Trim stems and slice lengthwise.
3. Add to glass jar.
4. Pour in water, cover, refrigerate 8+ hours.
5. Strain and serve chilled.
Notes
