Description

Discover how to use gelatin to curb appetite with a simple 3-ingredient approach. Bloom gelatin, mix, chill, and take it before meals for steady fullness.

Ingredients

1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

½ cup room-temperature water

½ cup hot water

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over room-temperature water and let it bloom for 5 minutes

2. Add hot water and stir until fully dissolved

3. Stir in lemon juice

4. Pour into molds or an ice cube tray

5. Chill 30 minutes until firm

6. Eat 2–3 cubes about 15 minutes before meals

Notes

Start with 1 tsp if you’re new to gelatin.

Store cubes in the fridge up to 5 days.

Avoid fresh pineapple (it can stop gelatin from setting).
