Kelly Clarkson-inspired gelatin recipe for weight loss with strawberry, collagen, and natural ingredients. This recipe supports fullness, metabolism, and appetite control for sustainable health.
Ingredients
1–2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder (grass-fed preferred)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, blended
1/2 cup water or coconut water
1 tsp raw honey or stevia (to taste)
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend strawberries with water until completely smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a saucepan and heat gently over medium-low heat (do not boil).
3. Stir in honey and lemon juice until dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in gelatin powder until fully dissolved (1-2 minutes).
5. Optional: Stir in collagen peptides if using.
6. Pour mixture into silicone molds or small glass dish.
7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
8. Pop out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
Use grass-fed or pasture-raised gelatin for best amino acid content.
Do not boil the liquid as heat destroys gelatin’s protein structure.
For firmer gummies, add an extra 1/2 tbsp gelatin.
For sweeter taste, increase honey slightly or add stevia.
