Description

Make the pink drink at home with this easy Starbucks copycat recipe, fresh strawberries, and dairy-free coconut milk.

Ingredients

2 cups white grape juice or white cranberry-strawberry juice

1 cup coconut milk, sweetened vanilla or plain

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Ice cubes

Optional: brewed passion tea or simple syrup

Instructions

1. Wash and slice the fresh strawberries thin.

2. Pour the white grape juice into a large glass or pitcher and stir in the coconut milk.

3. Add the sliced strawberries and let sit for a minute to blend.

4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the top.

5. Garnish with extra strawberry slices and serve immediately.

Notes

Store the juice and coconut milk base in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Add strawberries and ice only right before serving to keep them fresh.

Try pairing with the Chia Jelly Recipe for a light, fruity snack spread.
