Description

Make a Pumpkin Patch Cloud Latte at home with espresso, pumpkin, vanilla, sweet cold foam, and cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

Scale

2 shots espresso, freshly brewed

1/2 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon plain pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup cold heavy cream or half-and-half

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Ice cubes

Cinnamon sugar, for topping

Instructions

1. Brew two shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.

2. Whisk pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and a splash of espresso until smooth.

3. Fill a tall glass with ice, add the pumpkin espresso mixture, then pour in milk and stir gently.

4. Froth cold heavy cream with powdered sugar for 20 to 30 seconds until thick but pourable.

5. Spoon cold foam over the latte, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use plain pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, for the best flavor balance.

Strong brewed coffee or cold brew concentrate can replace espresso.

For a dairy-free version, use oat milk and a dairy-free barista-style creamer for the foam.
